Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Amendment) Order 2008. Obituary of the late Baroness Darcy de Knayth. Independent Crossbencher Lady Darcy de Knayth was a leading disability rights campaigner over many years in the House of Lords. She was also one of the leading proponents of the Paralympic Games.
